I'm Tim Wilde, and I love industrial power transmission.  The math behind drive calculations, the science behind the technology that solves complex problems, and passing my knowledge along to others...all these things have made my career in this industry such a passion of mine.  There's just one thing in particular never sat right with me...the drive for sales.  The challenge to integrity that often comes through promoting products that serve the seller far more than the buyer.  It's just never felt right for me.

I created HUDDLE Drive Performance to fill a clear gap in the industrial power transmission industry: the need for a truly unbiased technical resource. The philosophy is simple—let salespeople sell, let representatives represent, and let HUDDLE consultants focus on helping customers apply the right technologies for their specific applications.                                                               

With more than 30 years of distribution experience, over 15 years of hands-on expertise in mechanical power transmission and material conveyance, and a proven history of earning customer trust, leading HUDDLE Drive Performance was a natural next step for me. Today, I’m extremely proud of our ability to deliver independent, fact-based technical services to customers across Canada—always with one goal in mind: to drive forward the performance and reliability of mechanical drive systems.
